ORIENTATION

Orientation is the first step and an important foundation of your Team Member experience. This paid 2-hour class will provide you with important information about the company and set expectations for your time with us. Please arrive on time!

Before You Come to Orientation

PAPERWORK

Once you are hired you will receive an email from HigherMe. Please read it and fill out the required documents. We will answer any questions during Orientation. If you need help completing your paperwork you can email friends@higherme.com or call (617) 826-1002.

HANDBOOK

The Team Member Handbook provides you with all of the Hollywood Chick-fil-A’s policies regarding employment at our restaurant and will give you a clear understanding as to what is expected of you to be a successful Team Member.

What to Bring to Orientation

  1. ID:

    • Passport Only OR

    • 2 other forms of identification: Drivers License or photo ID and a Birth Certificate, or Social Security card or permanent residence card. Make sure one of the ID's has a photo.

  2. If you are under 18 years of age, please bring in your work permit from your school.

  3. Uniform fees of $25.00 for PT employees or $50.00 for FT Employees.

  4. Slip Resistant Shoes - Shoes for Crews is the recommended brand and can be purchased here: www.shoesforcrews.com

APPS TO DOWNLOAD

Hot Schedules

This will be the app used for you to view your shifts, pick and release any shifts. It will also be used to request time off, which requires 2 weeks notice.

Slack

Slack will be our messaging system to our employees. Please download and search for cfagreenbay.

Trello

Trello will be used to track your training progress.
